Jenn is committed to providing a safe and comfortable atmosphere, where clients of all ages can explore the challenges they are facing. She uses a combination of techniques, drawing from attachment theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, strength-based and client-centered techniques to meet her clients where they are and wlak with them through the process of creating positive change. Jenn identifies as a Christian counselor, giving her the ability to integrate faith-based values into therapy with her clients as they desire.
She obtained valuable experience working at an Atlanta-based health center, where Jenn provided counseling to individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, mood disorders, relationship issues, PTSD, physical health problems, and life transitions. In addition, she has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience through counseling individuals in a homeless shelter, providing support and skills-based counseling to equip and stabilize clients coming from difficult life circumstances.
Jenn has been married for 8 years and has three children. In her spare time, she loves running, photography, and spending time with her family and church community.
