Words from our Clients

I have seen some remarkable changes in families and individuals, and I have never had a poor evaluation of [Ryan] from patients that have been referred to his care. He is kind and compassionate towards his clients and has been available to them for consultation when needed. I give him my highest recommendation.

You have an amazing and unique style and approach that I am glad to have been able to tap into. Know this: my downward spiral would have destroyed my family, hurt my children, and left them confused. I certainly would have alienated my wife to ‘protect’ myself. I am thankful VERY often to have been blessed with God bringing us all together in this intersection of our life stories. Thanks for all you do! In Christ...

My experience with Ryan was one of the landmark experiences in my life. What I learned about God and myself during my time with Ryan did more to help me grow, heal, and mature than almost any other experience. I feel like I was given a pair of glasses that I could put on my mind and on my heart to help me see everything more clearly. My experience was invaluable and crucial in helping me become the husband, brother, son, and friend I am today.
— a Leader in Ministry
I was well underway to chasing a corporate career and had a solid foot into my community as a respected leader. I thought I wanted Ryan to help me move to the next level and be more effective and intentional in my choices. He did just that. Not what I saw as my next level. He first guided me back to my God-centered purpose and vision. Made me realize how far off the path I was and gave me the courage to get back on track to that purpose and vision.

I highly recommend Megan to improve your resume. She did an excellent job of adapting the format of my resume to make it more professional, and her probing questions did a great job of directing me on what kind of specific information employers and recruiters were looking for and how to include that on my resume. She would respond promptly, and the process was very smooth. Megan will work with you until you are completely satisfied with the result, and her pricing is extremely reasonable. I noticed a significant difference in employer responses after she helped to improve my resume, and I got a contract offer that greatly exceeded my expectations shortly after using Megan’s services.

I have always come away from our meetings encouraged and/or challenged. The recommendations are on point and do not feel insurmountable.

Over the last few years, I have gotten to know Ryan and look forward to every engagement with him. As Ryan’s coach, I witness his dedication to personal and professional excellence each time. Ryan understands that real change happens at a heart level. That is how he engages in life for himself and those around him. I never doubt his commitment to the coaching relationship, which also extends to his clients. In coaching and leadership development, Ryan stands out from the rest. Ryan has the ability to connect and engage holistically, creating lasting relationships and measurable results for leaders and their teams.

Working with Ryan is a privilege. He consistently brings his best to the table and willingly embraces the challenges that arise. A leader or coach who is not growing is not worth following, and that has never been a question in my mind when I work with him. I am struck by his competence, compassion, and courage, which permeate everything he does.

These are just a few reasons I have no hesitancy recommending him to others. He is also engaging and so enjoyable! Ryan works for the best outcomes for his clients and presses for real transformation in their lives and leadership. Ryan is not half-hearted about anything. The way he coaches is the way he lives. It is a joy to know and partner with him.

For almost a decade, it has been my privilege to serve with Ryan as part of the ministry of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Atlanta. Ryan has faithfully served Westminster as a church member, ruling elder, adult Sunday School teacher, and shepherd of the pastoral staff. Over the years, he has provided faithful and regular instruction to our church body and pastoral vision to our church leadership. Again and again, he has helped church leadership provide pastoral care in some of our most difficult pastoral care cares, everything from sexual addictions to abusive marriages.

Above and beyond the service he has rendered to our church body at large, I value the ministry he has provided to me in a personal way. He has been a confidant in dark times, a source of wise counsel in confusing times, and a friend at all times.

Sometimes, you listen to a conference speaker or outside consultant and appreciate what they say, but you wonder, “What are they like at home? What are they like with their own family? What are they like at their own church?” I can tell you from deep personal experience, Ryan doesn’t just talk the talk, he walks the walk. I have worshipped and served alongside Ryan, week after week, year after year, when he wasn’t “on the clock,” and this man practices what he preaches. I am honored to serve as his pastor and to call him my friend.”
